New Clothes!

Mommy found my human brother's old GAP sweatshirt this weekend. So she altered it for me. This way I'll keep nice and warm when we go on walks in the mornings.

However, notice that I'm sitting on the air vent (I still go there when I get hot, even though it's not blowing cold air anymore). Mommy took the sweats off of me once we were finished with the photo shoot.
Come on Mommy...enough already!!!


Mommy has taken to buying baby clothing for me, then altering them. It's cheaper than buying expensive dog clothing. Luckily she's fairly handy with the sewing machine. She said I'm about a 3-6 Month Old size in infants. That's what my shirt is...but my shorts are 0-3 Month. She made a hole for my tail to come through.

Hey everybody! Mommy's busy making my Halloween costume, so there's not any cute pictures of me today. However, there is a few pics of our favorite famous pugs! A Few Puggies Needs Your Help

This is 4 month old Bella...and she is in need of some financial donations. She was born in a cage in a puppy mill and has lived in her cage since her birth. She was not properly cared for and has developed a very resistent phnemonia. She is currently hospitalized and has been for over a week now. The Little Angels Pug Rescue www.lapr.org is taking donations to help fund her hospitalization and treatments.

Yesterday she was struck with Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis and is very ill right now. She's at the vet right now, and we're all praying for her speedy recovery. She must have a whole battery of tests, however, including an ultrasound, to make sure her condition isn't connected with her liver.

My Girlfriend Sophie

This is my girlfriend Sophie. She lives next door. She's a pure blooded dauchand. I adore her! So does Mommy. Mommy was going to take pictures of the two of us together...but Mommy and Sophie's Mommy were worried that we'd do things we shouldn't.

Mommy was trying to get a picture of Sophie and I jumped in the middle. I'm such a camera hog!Here's Sophie and I kissing. We kiss each other through the fence a lot. Mommy laughs because Sophie's tongue is so fast! I think all dauchsand tongues are fast like that!

I haven't forgotten about ya!

Hi Guys! Mommy and I haven't forgotten about ya! She is very very sorry. She's still learning to delegate her time. The new position at work has her very very busy. But she LOVES doing this blog. She says it keeps her sane. Whatever that means. Tomorrow (Saturday) she will post lots and lots of pictures of me. She said that I might have a play date with the girl dauchsand tomorrow. You'll like her she's really really pretty. Mommy's worried that I'll try to do things to her that I shouldn't. I haven't been fixed yet. I'm not allowed to roam by myself outside anyway. We'll see how the day goes. But Mommy said she really wants pictures of us together. So today...you get to see Mommy's favorite pictures from the Petsmart pet costume contest. No pics of me today! Mommy was too tired today to take new pics. So you got Paris instead! HaHaHa! Mommy and I were just too surprised to see Paris on the runway with a Ferret! We had heard that she had gotten a ferret, but didn't expect to see it on the runway! Oh well, that's why we love her. She keeps us surprised and guessing all of the time!

New & Improved

I know, I know. This is like the 3rd time I have changed the blog's format. The other one's just didn't feel right. However, I do believe that I am comfortable with this one. I know that Pugley is a boy...but I LOVE pink, and don't care! HAHA Actually, I just really really like the look of this template...it could have been blue I wouldn't have cared. I really like the layout. That being said, I hope you find your way around the blog comfortably. Hopefully, I will not get tired of this layout! LOL

Mommy made me a bed out of an old t-shirt. It has a cute Pug on it like me! I've already gotten the bed all dirty with my snot, drool, and Jumbone residue. But luckily it's washable. Mommy made me this bed because my other bed is outside, for me to lay on when I'm outdoors. She covered the cushion with vinyl and waterproofed the metal parts of the bed. She couldn't stand watching me lay outdoors on the deck. I didn't mind though. But she likes to spoil me. This is my new toy also. I just got it yesterday, and I've already torn it to bits. Mommy said she's not buying me anymore stuffed toys. I really really like them though. This is going to make me sad.

Mommy threw my new toy out of the way because I wouldn't get off the bed when she was trying to take pictures of it. Here I am taking a dive at my toy.

You can really see in this picture how much I've already destroyed my new toy! Mommy's really glad that I like my bed though, and so far haven't tried to chew it up.

To make a bed like Pugley's, you'll need~

1 old t-shirt

matching thread

washable fiber fill (available in the sewing dept)

Sew closed the arm holes and the neck hole with a sewing machine. You'll also want to sew 3/4 of the bottom of the shirt closed. Then stuff the shirt with the fiber fill to desired thickness. Then hand sew the rest of the shirt closed. Tada! That's it! Very simple. It only took me 15 minutes to do. Minus the 45min trip to walmart to get the fiberfill that I thought I already had! Oh well. Pugley LOVES his new bed. You could even put it in a wicker laundry basked to make a "bed" out of it. But Pugley would never jump into one of those. Good luck! Tell me if you decide to do it. And I'd love to see the photos!!!

Bath Time

I love baths! I like to play with my ball in the bath also. Here I am trying to get a drink out of my human brother's cup that he plays with in the bath tub.

I look sad don't I. I'm really not though. I like bath's. I willingly to jump into the tub whenever someone says that it's bath time. I even try to get in when other people are bathing.
